APPLY TO BE A VENDOR

Payment of vendor fee is due upon being notified of acceptance as a vendor. No space is reserved until fee is received. Fees are not refundable. Fees vary by type of vendor and booth space:

  • DC-Area Artisans/Businesses:

    • 10x10 Tent Space: $125

    • 6 Foot Table Space: $75

  • Food Vendors (For Holiday Lounge Area): 

    • 10x10 Tent Space: $250​

    • 6 Foot Table Space: $175

As a vendor, you're solely responsible for booth operation, as well as collection and reporting of applicable sales tax. The Upshur Street Craft Fair does not furnish tables, tents, chairs, staff, etc. Tables should be no longer than six feet. If you need a tent, you must bring your own.

Select the type of space you are requesting. Please note, we are only accepting a limited number of food vendors (excluding pre-packaged foods available in the artisan area) and all food vendors will be set up in the Holiday Lounge area.

I have read and hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations as outlined above. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Upshur Street Craft Fair, Willow, and the District of Columbia, and any subsidiary, affiliate corporation and all of their directors, officers, agents, and employees of the aforementioned from any and all liability for damage, injury or loss to any person or goods for any reason related to activities related to the Upshur Street Craft Fair.
